Each experience includes a strategic and collaborative process tailored to your selected service. Depending on the offer, this may include strategy sessions, creative direction, messaging refinement, custom design, revisions, and final implementation support.

After booking, clients receive onboarding materials, a project questionnaire, and access to their project workspace. Communication and project management are handled through HoneyBook and Trello.

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer payment are required before project dates and creative capacity can officially be reserved.

Payment plans may be available for select services and will be outlined within your proposal or invoice when applicable.
